JB Out 1/4/22. Customer states no water enters unit. Verified failed water inlet valve ( solenoid detached from valve body). Installed replacement water valve. Tested found water leak right rear of unit. Removed dishwasher from cabinet. Corrected loose clamp at drain hose connector. Tested fill and drain functions 5 times. Reinstalled unit into cabinet. Tested fill and drain functions 5 more times. Unit now operates as designed. Control board not used and sent back. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
