Removed all shelfs and evap cover and evap fan motor. Corrected place ment of fan wiring and made sure it can close enough to have shelf have room to fit. After installing all parts. I still had trouble with shelf going into location. Cx had heavy items in shelf. Installed all parts and now can sit into right location Cx approves job complete.

Removed cold water supply hose. Found fill valve screen plugged with debris preventing cold water from entering washer.Cleaned debris from cold water inlet valve screen. Tested operation again with customer. Washer now operates and fills with cold water. Recommend customer replace existing hot and cold fill holes as they appear to be old and make crack or flood. Remind customer fill hoses are not part of the washing machine and are not covered under the warranty. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

Cx is pre washing dishes putting essentially clean dishes in the dishwasher and is using cascade with dawn, this is causing the soap suds up due to lack of soil in unit. I replaced all parts list and not the doors are sealing well and the thermistor is reading the correct temps. It will take a little while to the door gaskets to conform to the door way.
