JB Out 9/15/22. Customer states unit will run for hours and hours the clothing will get hot will not dry. Upon arrival to quick pic photograph of model and serial tag. Inspected exhaust vent hood outside the house and found 99% restricted. Recommend customer remove existing vent hood and install a new one with a 4 inch diameter hole which is required for proper exhaust ventilation for this dryer. There is no mechanical problem with the dryer. The vent hood is part of the customers house and is the responsibility of the homeowner to correct this issue. No parts use. No repair needed or made. Unit not heating. Customer stated that the unit will not provide heat at all. When I arrived I found that the gas was turned off at the wall. Customer had just hooked unit up and gas never got turned on. Charged for trip. Dryer tests good.
