"Customer is concerned about the water level on most wash cycles. A different servicer was at his home and told him the water level sensor was defective, but that he couldnt do anything about it. Customer had the owners manual on hand. Pointed out hoe the unit automatically senses and fills according to the load size, the machine is designed to save water, so it wont fill all the way. ( showed customer the different load sizes, and the water level to expect) If customer prefers more water, recommended to run the Bulky cycle, for it call for a higher water level. The unit is working as designed."

"Customer reports the unit is not dispensing enough cold water, that the warm temperature setting is too hot, and her blouses are getting small holes in the front lower area (stomach). Checked water faucets behind the unit, found the cold water faucet was partially open, opened it all the way. Ran a cold cycle, the unit filled in a timely matter. Ran a warm temperature wash, the water temperature was at 111F, ran a hot water cycle, the water temperature was over 150F. Advised the customer the hot water temperature is on the high side, usually it should be between 120F and 130F. Advised customer to lower the water heater setting if she would like the warm wash temperature to be lower. Checked the agitator, it checked fine. Explained to the customer if the washer was ripping her clothes, it would rip all the different garments, not just the blouses, specially in the same area, if it was the machine, even her blouses would be ripped on different spots, not just the lower front. The unit is working as designed."
