Installed new UI , I had to swap the trim because it was the wrong color. Tested unit and found no cycles heat. Cycled breakers and found no change. Removed unit from wall and checked voltage, correct voltage but conductors on L2 were barely touching. Reset L2 a connection and tested unit heating."

Ran diagnostics and found a float switch error code. Cleared codes and ran cycle. Water was not getting to the top rack. Took filter cover off and outlet cover off. Found diver off the rod and stuck in one position causing water to not go to the top rack. Placed diver back into proper position and ran cycle. Water now getting to the top rack and unit passed all tests. Unit is operating as designed.
