Found the drain tube frozen over a little bit. Reason for water on the top shelf. I adjusted the heat probe that was already installed on unit so it does a better job insuring the drain wont freeze. Gave recommendations on where item should be stored in the refrigerator to insure they dont freeze. All functions tested properly. Refrigerator at 37 degrees and freezer at 2 degrees. Job completed.
