Unit passed air flow test. Cleaned the dryer sensors with vinegar and a paper towel. Moisture sensors pass test. The vent tube is loose from the dryer duct and causing lint to collect behind the stacked units. Reset clamp. Informed customer that damp clothes must continually hit the moisture bars or the unit will assume the items inside are dryer than they are. Recommended using timed dry for small loads.
