Upon arrival unit was no longer making the scratching noise I heard previously. The only abnormal sound was coming from the blower and that is because the vent hose cx has is a flexible aluminum line that is in a bent position causing air to travel back into unit causing strain on blower. Informed cx he will need to get a stiff aluminum vent hose and straight pipe it to the vent so unit ventilates properly. Unit operating as designed. Job complete
