Recommended to customer to have a plumber check the drain line and replaced the old air gap. The dishwasher is functioning as designed"

Checked operations unit temperatures are correct customer has a small refrigerator and a lot of the return vents in shelves are overstaffed where air cant travel correctly and will cause things to freeze in the top section which is the complaint unit is working as designed temperatures were at 37° 38° in most areas counter depth refrigerator is a small refrigerator for 10 people to live out of advise to make sure all the back walls are clear from products so it could move the air around correctly throughout the refrigerator
