Found the panel not turning on what so ever. I removed the panel and it was receiving the correct voltage but not turning on. I removed the hmi from the console and the ribbon cable that goes to the touchpad looked a little crooked so I removed it and reinstalled it and now the unit is operating as designed. I reinstalled all parts and now unit is operating. Job completed. If it happens to happen again it may need a new panel. Part number W11413567 but for now the unit is working.

Found water in the over fill drain pan. Dried water out of pan. Tested after all ok. No sign of a leak. Instructed customer not to rinse dishes off completely. Dishes need to be dirty otherwise the detergent can not do its job and too many soap bubbles get created and will go in the overfill pan. Raised the front up a bit so that the unit is not leaning forward. Unit operating as designed.

Cx complaint was a gas smell while baking. Found the screws that hold the igniter striped causing loose igniter. Because igniter was loose the gas was not hitting the element properly causing smell. Secured igniter with new screws and tested unit. Unit functions normal now.
