"JB Out 8/23/22. Customer states after last service visit problem returned: no freezer lights and no dispenser operation. Customer states she unplugged unit to reset it,,plugged it back in and functions have been restored prior to my arrival today. However bottom freezer drawer is difficult to slide ( meets resistance and squeaks loudly. Verified resistance and squeezing. Found freezer drawer metal rails frozen over, lite frost ( no frost anywhere else). Removed frost from both rails and drawer now slides smoothly again. Squeak is gone. Tested with customer. -ok.
