"Upon inspection, found outer spring clamp coming off of the bellow causing some moister leakage. Re installed spring clamp and fixed that issue. Customer also concerned that certain loads werent adequately dried by the spin cycle. The moisture sensor checked good. Instructed cx about doing an extra spin and drain cycle for certain fabrics. Emphasized the importance of turning off the extra rinse for this situation. Customer was not aware of this setting. Job complete."
