Remove top panel and found some type of gum wrapped around the condenser and bracket that holds condenser in place underneath refrigerator. Took some insulation and slid insulation between bracket and condenser see if that will help with the reduction of noise when the compressor turns on and the condenser vibrates. Advise customer of issue and that I put some insulation between the condenser and the bracket and this will hopefully resolve the issue. If issue persists advise customer that shell need to contact whirlpool customer care
