Called WPTS (7734697007) who recommended running a cycle with towels. This went through the 14 minute cycle and only spun for about 30 seconds. It tried to balance for the rest of the 14 minutes. WPTS recommended adding a few more towels. That load spun as expected. Talked to customer about loading (she has had a front loader previously and is familiar with them) . I told the customer to use the unit and report if she does not feel it is working correctly. Unit operating as designed at this time."

"Units deli drawers are not closing all the way. Upon inspecting the unit, found the fresh food evaporator completely iced over, ice is accumulated right behind the deli drawers, not allowing them to slide all the way to the back. Fresh food evaporator fan with thermistor harness needs to be replaced. Provided an estimate to the customer, the customer declines the repair at this time. The customer thinks the units failure is tied to previous repairs. Insured the customer, this is a completely different issue."
