They could recommend no new parts and feel the unit is operating as designed.

Installed an NEWFI deviceAnd verified one fault code repeated 18 times. Not draining. Cleared code. Ran diagnostic test without plugged filter screen cup installed. Verified dishwasher properly fills with water, circulation pump runs spray arms spray and unit drains upon command. also verified temperature of water being supplied to dishwasher as 86°. Recommend customer install point of use hot water heater under kitchen sink directly adjacent to dishwasher set to 125°F. Recommend customer run white vinegar in dishwasher to remove heavy hard water deposits. Also recommend regular use of LEMME shine with each washload to help reduce hard water deposits and blockage. Sent parts back is not needed. Verified proper operation of drain pump and circulation pump. No charge to customer. Job complete"

There is 240vac between L1 and N. There is 120 vac between L2 and N and L1 to L2. Informed customer this is not the correct voltage for this unit and they will need to get and electrician to figure out why their supply voltage is like that. Instructed customer that if the improper voltage has damaged any components they would not be covered since this was not cause by the defect in the unit but supply voltage. Found the unit did have a e5 error code stored. I found the cubes being made very small. I replaced the ice maker and valve. The heater for the fill tube was not installed properly as well so I made sure it was installed properly. All tested ok in step 57 and 45 in diagnostics after repair. Job completed.
