"On arrival, customer state unit not making ice and pantry drawer keeps falling down pantry shelf and bin is covered underneath cosmetic warranty for 30 days. Customer needs to reach out to main manufacturer for authorization. Unit does not have enough supply pressure. It is being sent through an RO system this is causing the low/no ice symptom. Cx should have RO system serviced, and possibly add an auxiliary pump to ensure proper supply pressure. Unit is functioning as designed"

Unit freezing occasionall in fridge. Adjusted the temp down to recommended. Customer had it set on the colder side and informed her to put high water content items lower in the fridge. Customer explained that she was noticing water under the bottom drawer of the fridge. Unable to determine the exact cause of the water. Removed back panel and blew out small blockage to allow the fridge to drain better during the defrost cycle. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Inspected unit and found no display. Checked power and was good. Unplugged nitrogen and removed rear panel. Found loose plug for incoming power removed reinserted tightly. Plugged in ran full diagnostic tests. Unit was able to have all burners on high while preheating. Unit is now working per design.

We need to order freezer door due to gasket completely falling apart on the left section told customer that I need to order door and that they would have to wait until the door comes in an order for me to replace it; ordrng 1 W10821330 (Frz door)

Found belt not a line correctly was the wrong belt and found one of the wheels going oblong so used repair kit tested and unit is now running as design. Job complete.

Diagnosed wire broken at hinge to Icemaker. Ordering complete door assembly and water valve.; ordrng 1 W10334261 (FZR Door) and 1 WPW10258562 (Valve)

Upon arrival found unit no light up on the left front burner. Check the unit and found the spark module is bad causing the failure. Replace the module. Retest and now unit is working properly. Job complete

"JB OUT 10/11/24.Customer states that washer on fils with a very small amount of water a few inches. Observed customer start washer in DARK COLORS cycle.Observed washer fill with approximately 2 inches water and begin wash cycle. Advise customer of water condition, very sudsy. No detergent was added, indicating too much detergent is being added in previous cycles and its not rinsing out of the washing machine. Recommend HE only detergents recommend against paws as they have too much liquid in each pod and cannot be cut into smaller pieces. Recommend the use of HG only detergents, powder or liquid with one measured teaspoon max. Please use a measuring spoon each time . One teaspoon will go a long way and will clean clothing effectively. Observe washing machine agitated with soapy water only about 2 inches. Cycle verified water drained from washer. Selected same cycle and this time also selected deep fill button and per supplied instruction owners manual held the deep fill cycle button for three seconds until the green light panels stay illuminated. Wash will fill the very small amounts of water but when deep fill option of seed over the course of the water cycle will add more water. Water levels are indicated on page 7 of the supplied use care guide. Verify after approximately 15 minutes from time of start of cycle 3/4 of water. We onboard computer controls every action of this washing machine. Remember to press and hold the deep button for three seconds until the green LED to the right of the button illuminates the illuminated. This will ensure of the deep function. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge no defect. No charge. JOB COMPLETE"

Replacing parts that are needed for repair. Replaced compressor and dryer came with compressor kit as well as a new inverter. Didnt need other parts listed. Found major restoration and ran a pressure test. Saw no leaks if its same nothing showed. Ran a charge of r134 and unit is stable and starting to cool. Customer has brother here and will keep an eye on it over the weekend. High temp is not reading anymore as I been here for 45 minutes putting unit back together. Also have a nice heat exchange. Job completed

Replacing parts listed. Replacing both parts and tested. Checked out and ran cycle. Unit is now filling. Pet setting is now controllable were you can now turn it off or on. Unit is now working as designed. Job completed

Consumer had nerve used self clean cycle and product operators guide contains no info on how to enter clean cycle. Reset machine. Now clean cycle works as designed

Ice jammed on ice chute door causing temperature to rice causing ice maker to not produce ice. Ice was removed. Ice chute door is sealing properly now. Unit is working as intended.

"Customer stated that the unit would not start cycle. I tested unit and found error code for no tach reading from motor. I tested and unit worked. I removed and replaced actuator and belt that was making noise. All tests good. ; used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"

Found the unit not leaking gas it was when they used the oven for the first time it started smoking. Found it was the coating whirlpool uses to make the enamel of the interior oven. It is burning off. All the smoke is gone. I recommend running the unit for an additional 30 minutes and it should be good to use after that. All functions tested ok and less then 30 customer instruction.

Washer shaking.suspension rod came off.reinsert rod.test cycle and spin work good.

As the pre diagnosed components were installed and service diagnostics test was successfully performed.

Found unit not igniting gas. Inspected wires and made checks to everything including the thermostats. Everything checked good. Removed gas line from dryer and turned on gas and found unit whistling and holding constant pressure. Found gas pressure low causing unit not to ignite properly. Informed customer to call out the gas company. Informed customer that once you shut the gas line off to the house. The dryer does ignite. But only for a couple seconds till theres no more gas in the house gas line. But once gas is turned back on at the house shut off. Dryer no longer ignites. Customer approves and will get gas company out. Called and documented with David under the previously stated SR#

Replaced lower harness and capacitor. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Removed and replaced board and heater. Tested. Now working as designed.

Replaced sprayer arms. Tested unit. Unit operating as designed. Cx states that unit only leaked once since last visit. Leak has been random.

Removed and replaced icemaker and valve. Began new ice Harvest. 24 hours to stabilize

Needs 2 x labor for the uninstall and then reinstall of a stacked unit CX was complaining that the unit was leaking. Upon diagnosis I found the bellow to be ripped. Replaced and then tested unit for leaks. Everything is working as designed at this time .

Installed new thermostat and tested unit. Unit now functioning properly.

Spray arm and cap were removed and replaced. Unit passed all test. Unit is working as intended.
