Plugged unit and verified emergency pump out program running and making grinding sound. Instruct customer for an object lodged within water pump preventing pump from Turning and pumping water out. Removed drain pump and removed socket from water pump reassembled and tested washer in normal cycle. Allowed unit to reset on its own. Verified water pump is now operating properly and washer is working properly. Verified no damage to water pump. JOB COMPLETE"

Also advised customer of off balance detection will cancel the cycle and leave the clothes soaked and no softener will be dispensed. "JB out 9/23/23. Customer states dishwasher is leaking into the cabinet under the kitchen sink to the right of the dishwasher. Inspected dishwasher and captured model and serial number tag photograph. Dishwasher itself has not been used for more than one month. Dishwasher inside is dry and underneath is dry. Dishwasher is not the cause of the leak. Further investigation reveals what appears to be heavy water damage under the kitchen sink back wall where the hot water faucet which supplies hot water to both the dishwasher and the kitchen sink faucet has been leaking for a large amount of time. Please see attached photographs. Cabinetry under the kitchen sink and just to the right adjacent to the kitchen sink is currently wet and saturated due to the constant leak from the hot water faucet. Recommend customer contact her own qualified, licensed plumber to determine exact cause and course of resolution. Verified through documented photographs. Dishwasher is not at fault nor is leaking and needs no repair. No charge for todays visit. No parts used. Job complete."
