Found unit unplugged and totally defrosted. Customer stated that unit had frost n freezer and had stopped cooling n fridge. Found gapping in freezer gasket heated gasket to reset seal. Plugged in unit. Tested voltages and found power good to main board and from main board. Voltage good to cabinet and good to evap. Fan running as intended and good ice pattern. Unit working as intended at this time.
