"The customer was concerned the door wasnt closing properly, it was hard. The customer applied some grease to the strike and door latch, the door is now working properly. Explained to the customer, in order for the door to remain closed during the cycle, the strike makes a tight connection to the latch, at times it feels hard to close the door, but if pressure is applied to the area on the door where the latch is, the door closes easier. The unit is working as designed"
