"The unit is plugged into a 120V electrical outlet, there is a 220V power cord on the unit, but the connector was cut, and replaced with a 120V connector (plug) to be able to connect it to a regular electric outlet. Pointed it out to the customer, informed them that in order for the unit to work properly, it needs 220V power source. The unit needs to be connected to 220V electrical outlet, the power cord needs to be replaced. Informed the customer, it is not a manufacturer issue, but an installation issue, advised the customer to contact the store where the unit was purchased and seek a resolution with them. "Units controls are not responding. The user interface, and main control board have been replaced twice, but the unit is not working at all. Called the technical department, was given a SR number, and transferred to a master tech, the master tech doubled checked the part numbers previously used were the correct ones. Checked electrical outlet and connections, they checked fine. Master tech will send the information to the engineering department, if any recommendations on how to proceed, they will contact us. Customer stated that the dryer would shut off after 3 minutes and lights would flash. Ran the unit on time dry for 15 minutes no issue then ran for 10 minutes on normal. Unit is working to specs did notice at some points motor would get a little louder. Customer to video next time.
