Item 3 on the list. The best way to get better clearance is to use a 90 degree gas shut off valve and to install a vent kit number of 4396028. Those items are installations concerns. Item 2. I ran the unit in time dry and normal dry and both selection the temperature rose and fell consistently between 115-151 degrees. If there is an issue of not drying the cloths completely it may be that the cloths are not hitting the sensor bars. Try using time dry for about 35-40 minutes. Dryer vent is good and clear. The rear wall will get hot especially on the right side were the flame is. Item 1. I was not able to hear the noise described. I ran the dryer for 30 minutes and it heTed and never made the card in the spoke noise

Catch now fits into receiver as designed. Had customer open and close door several times. Started timed dry and have proper ignition and venting. All ops are as designed job complete
