Cx states unit has a clicking or ticking noise. This is gas valves open ending and closing. Cx has foil vent which is not recommended and home vent has never been cleaned leading to long dry times. Unit has no error. Cx needs to upgrade and clean venting.

Running a diagnostics test and calibration test. Checking for a leak. Running a cycle to see what fill does and load to go plus wash cycle. Then drain pump. Unit is working correctly and checking any type of leak. This is when escrow finished. Saw rust in drum and already building up in unit front right of unit. Called tech line and found no codes in unit. Found water on out side of basket are were softner goes in as well as water out in front. Unit is out of warranty. Chris from tech line. Sr number is 7734736908. Unit is under review as unrepairable do to the fact as a known issue with the top ring is known to put water out and it is not available. Job completed
