Measured red wire off compressor and got .77AmpRemoved rubber tip from drain line and found debris clogging bottom. Cleared with hot water and trimmed two small cuts at the corners to allow slightly more water seepage. Showed cx liquid had been spilled in freezer and froze around vent.All ops are as designed job complete

"Steve....7727707133 . Upon arrival the customers complaint was that the agitator was not moving fast enough during the wash cycle. I asked customer how he was able to determine this because the agitator will not move with the lid open. The cx told me he can tell because of the sound it is making, that the agitator sounds like it is moving too slowly. Unit had a over suds fault code. I remove strike from lid and let unit fill in normal mode and agitate with the lid open so I could see it. Agitator was moving out proper speed and velocity. Calibrated unit and then check for codes. There were no new codes at the end of calibration cycle. Call Steve at tech line to make sure that I have done everything I can. Per Steve at tech line the unit functions normally and it is impossible to tell how fast The agitator is moving based on the sound the machine is making"
