Unit is not draining water to start cycle. I used GE tool and found error codes for shorted pump and blown pump fuse on main control. I opened unit to check board and found that the unit is roach infested which is what shorted pump circuit. Not covered by warranty. "JB out 5/20/24.Customer states dryer makes noises with an operation and does not dry completely in sensor cycles. Tested dryer in normal dry cycle. Verified intermittent loud grinding sound from blower wheel. Also verified squeaking noise from idler pulley. Further inspection found thin foil ducting material used additionally inspected outside exhaust vent hood and found within 5 inches of ground causing restriction. Recommend customer replace exhaust vent hood with louvered type. Additionally recommend customer, remove existing thin foil flexible ducting, and replace with heavy aluminum bendable type ducting or galvanized steel to help prevent potential fire hazard. Ordering replacement blower wheel and motor. Will also use kit on return visit.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (BLOWER WHEEL) and 1 W11549461 (DRIVE MOTOR)"
