"The customer reports the lower drawer does not close properly, they have to push it hard to make sure its closed, the ice cubes overflow onto the units floor, and during a previous service call, the technician had to use pliers to remove and install the water filter. Found some ice had formed underneath the lower drawer, at the rear right , not allowing the drawer to slide closed properly, and found the ice container not in the right position. Corrected the ice bin position to prevent the ice falling onto the units floor, the customer had a new water filter, advised the customer to turn the water supply off to release the water pressure on the unit, removed the old filter, and installed the new one with ease, pointed it out to the customer. Also removed the ice accumulated underneath the lower drawer, checked the drawers operation, the drawer is now closing properly. The unit is working as designed."

"JB out 3/7/23. Installed replacement thermostat WE04X10190. Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer. Unit now heats and operates as designed. Advise customer one time courtesy no charge and that customer has been explained that the exhaust ducting has been installed incorrectly and is restricted and will cause the thermostat to fail again and it will not be covered by the manufactures warranty if the restriction has not been corrected. The vent hood is installed too close to the ground, causing restriction, preventing heat and moisture from freely, escaping the dryer to the outside of the house. Additionally, the installer has used a thin foil type ducting material which poses a potential risk for fire and loss of life. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to correct both of these installation deficiencies and remove the potential fire hazard risk. No charge for todays services job complete."

"JB out 3/7/22 customer states washing machine does not spin, clothing, dryer, efficiently and clothes are left wet at the end of the cycle which requires more time in the dryer. Upon arrival found test wash load just ending and verified small amount of laundry quite wet. Found customer had selected casuals cycle. Explain to customer casual cycle will not spin at a high rate of speed as towels, bulky items, heavy duty or whites cycles. Recommend customer select one of these cycles for a higher spin speed which will extract more water requiring less dry time in the dryer. Also advise use of HE detergent only and very, very small amounts typically that of 1 teaspoon maximum. No mechanical issue found. No repair made or needed. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Sound service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete."
