Within 30 days. I had started a load before leaving and that load went off balance and scared customer. I verified proper operation. Was just off balance. All tests good.

Customer stated that the unit is not making ice. Found ice maker jammed. Removed and replaced ice maker tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that u it stopped cooling but is now cooling also customer stated that the auger motor is not working. Customer is going to wait and see if unit stops cooling. Collected service call.

Installed icebox gasket kit and tested unit. Unit is working properly. Defrosted all built up ice. Customer approves function at this time.

Customer stated that the unit shakes and makes noise on every cycle. Checked unit for error codes. No codes. Found fill hoses and drain hoses may be making noise from vibration. Ran unit through diagnostics and found unit is working to specs. Customer to secure fill lines and drain hose to avoid noises. Customer wanted to test a load. Ran small load washed and spun out no issues.

Installed new wire harness and capacitor. Operation tested as designed. No leaks.

Complete- cod- frozen fill tube causing water not to fill ice maker mold- dispenser motor is locked up- cx define repair at this time- will call office if they want to continue with repair.

"Performed the vent test first with the vent hose on, test flap stood in place. Removed the vent hose and installed the vent test kit again, turned the dryer on and the flap came off and was held up against the lint filter housing indicating that their is a blockage within the venting, no blockage present in the vent hose from the dryer to the wall. Customer will need to have the vent professionally cleaned to ensure proper airflow.

Found no water pressure at the inlet valve the house water valve very hard to turn on. Recommend replacing valve. Verified inlet valve is energized when the unit is started. Unit ok.

"Customer concerns. Microwave keypad not responding. Upon arrival, i found control locked. I pressed 3 seconds to unlock. Microwave works as designed."

Removed and replaced suspension and belt. Tested unit. All tests good.

JB out 3/11/23. Advised customer one year warranty has expired 1/1/2022 as provided by the GE Service Dispatch. Customer states that General Electric had replaced the refrigerator on 3/10/2022 but has no documentation for the product replacement. G.E. Service dispatch lists the date of purchase as 1/1/2022. Customer states the refrigerator does not cool and makes a snap sound repeatedly every 3-5 minutes. Upon arrival found refrigerant section cooling normally but freezer section is room temperature..unit was unplugged and defrosted prior to about 11:39 am today. Customer states no cooling and a snapor other unusual sound and then stopped cooling. Customer is unable to provide proof of replacement date at this time. Customer showed an email from Haier dated 3/4/2022 stating a replacement refrigerator has been ordered for delivery . Photo or email is attached in quick pic form Customer is requesting a product replacement and does not want repair service. Recommend customer contact General Electric to make product replacement request. No repair made today. Collected no money from customer.

Replaced vent and control all tested good

Installed slider and tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Replacing parts needed. Tested and checked out. 5304525979 was dispenser not icemaker and replaced it. Icemaker is working correctly and didnt need fill tube. Tested and all checked out. Job completed.

Replaced both parts door freezer side and checked for leaks and unit dispenser works for water now. Checked butter drawer. All working as designed. Job completed.

The fresh food gasket is not seated properly in the channel. Installed gasket into the channel. Checked for proper install good. All ops normal.

Replaced drawer front. Unit is working properly Job complete

Pressured system with nitrogen and checked connections with soap and bubbles no leaks system may be undercharged or restriction. Cleared system with nitrogen and charged system with R600. Tested all works good at this time. Customer to monitor system.

Install the new flap door for the ice and the control boars service kit. Retest the unit and unit now is working properly. Job complete.

Complaint is loud noise during cycle. I tested unit and didnt hear any abnormal sounds. I removed drive belt and inspected for wear. Reinstalled Belt. looks good. I inspected cam for signs of wear. Reinstalled cam. Cam tests good. I calibrated through diagnostic. All tests good.

Upon arrival I have tested DW and exhausted testing through 3 different cycles and forced it to drain every time with successful results. At this point I recommending and instructing consumer how to perform a flush maintenance. No parts are required at this time.

Removed and replaced door motor ice bin and hinges w shims. Now working as designed job complete

Found that the spark igniter cage became slightly warped outwards away from the burner causing a late ignition. Fastened the cage closer to the burner. Turned on bake and verified that there is ignition on the first spark now. Verified multiple times that the spark igniter is functioning properly. Customer will advise if problem continues

After replacing all parts ordered the unit is now getting to 155 degrees on high. As for the eco settings it defaults as the option because its a energy saver but it cant be automatically turned off it has to be manually turned off each cycle.
