JB out 3/13/23. Found installer has not anchored dishwasher mountings brackets to countertop. Advised customer to contact installer to return and properly complete installation. Factor warranty (currently expired) does not cover installation corrections. Removed unit from cabinet installation. Installed replacement Heater W11527778 per TSB. Parts and labor covered by SP S17304. No charges to customer.Reinstalled unit into cabinet. Tested operation in presence of customer. Verified no water leaks.
