Also extracted F0 E1 Load Detected during Clean Washer Cycle. Verified customer does use the Clean Washer Cycle with a cleaning tablet but no clothes. Verified customer is using the correct concentration of HE detergent but too much. Cleared stored fault codes. Recommend use of HE ONLY detergent (No he turbo as it is to highly concentrated for this low fill High Efficiency washer).Suggest one measured Teaspoon of detergent from now on. Also advise that all laundry is now saturated with too much detergent and may take up to several weeks to completely rinse out. Tested drain and spin functions-ok. No parts used, no labor charge.
