"Customer states that a soot-like substance constantly collects upon the liner of the fridge and freezer. The customer finds ice on the cooling tower and has noted the mullion was not sealing when this happens. This has been worked on multiple times according to the customer but the issue is still not resolved. Customer is tired of constantly cleaning the unit and having to cover even the ice so this soot-like material does not get on things they intend to consume. Called TAG (13151485) to see how they want me to address this issue. They said there a no known issues that would cause that( immediately after I explained the problem.) I asked about the mullion. They said they did not have any updated parts for this . They stated it would be up to the customer to make sure the door closes correctly EVERY TIME. I explained that would entail closing the LH door, pulling the mullion forward to seal then slowly closing the RH door. TAG recommended replacing the door and mullion if they were not closing correctly. Cx is having intermittent cooling issue in fc. Freezer has thawed and refrozen twice in the past month. Product temperature in rc is 36 degrees Fahrenheit. Temp set to 37. Freezer temp set to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Actual product temp in fc is -1 degrees Fahrenheit. No defrost issue. No frost build up on evaporator or cover. Frost pattern normal. Replaced evaporator fan and harness. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Customer stated that everything defrosted and that another company said the compressor was bad. When I arrived today the temps were normal and full frost pattern on evaporator. Compressor is good. Ice bin full of fresh ice as well. I did find that someone installed the right side door gasket backwards causing an air leak. I installed correctly and heat treated to seal. I took pics of the deformed backwards gasket before I fixed it. All tests good.

Cycled unit and found unit stuck on drain cycle. Reset unit at ran calibration cycle retested unit unit now working as designed job completed.

Unit showing a 9-1(long/no drain) customer states the unit would not start a cycle and just tried to drain. The unit did not leak but the sink the unit drains into overflowed with soapy water. Checked pump and found it operating as designed. Found debris in the pressure bell causing false reading. Cleared calibrated and tested. Unit checks ok.
