"F9E1 long drain came up, inspected Unit and found the drain pump harness to be disconnected and not allowing the unit to drain properly. When running test before inspecting unit was running cycle fine before drain. Plugged harness in properly and re tested the unit. After re testing the unit it seems the unit and drain pump are working as designed at this time of service. Cleared codes. Job complete "

"Diagnose the unit and found that it had aF6E4 code and it was caused by the unit not being able to drain properly. Unit might have been unlevel in customers home, also inspected further and disassembled the drain pump and the drain pump filter and found some sort of seeds from food in the drain pump and in the filter,Removed food debris. Recommended that customer always rinses dishes before putting in dishwasher. Also found unit was not heating as stated and found that the thermostat was defective and not allowing the unit to heat properly, and installed old/bad part and installed new. Re-tested the unit after reassembling and unit is now heating draining and working as designed at this time of service. Job complete ; used 1 WPW10195091 (THERMOSTAT) from stock"
