"Customer described 2 noises that happened , on didnt make a noise the loud one that happened a few other times , and the other was a creaking noise all the time when agitating and spinning , tested with 5 towels , found the pedestal cross bar screw was loose and the cause of the creaking I tighten it down the creaking noises when away went through for spin speed with the five tails no other issues found advise the customer the other noises they had was probably with it getting out of balance and let them know its a process of trying to balance loads out with like materials only which is very hard for people who arent big families i.e. enough denim jeans to wash by themselves, and having to supplement other things to try to balance out, so you can wash jeans with say towels can cause an out of balance even though the load is full . Operations ok now at this time"
