After this he heard a loud noise coming from freezer them freezer began to work a day ago but ice maker still isnt working. Took product temp reading of fc and Rc. Rc product temp is at 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Cx has fridge temp set to 34. Rc temp optimal. Fc temp set to -3 degrees Fahrenheit. Product temp is -2 degrees Fahrenheit. Freezer temp optimal. Ran defrost test. Defrost system working. Ran ice harvest test. Ice maker working. Frost build up in Rc compartment caused by door being left open. Ice maker wasnt producing ice because of inadequate freezer temp. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete.

Found debris inside below drain holes & along inside of door, which indicates below is filling up with water as it is unable to drain out below. Flipped unit up to expose under side, found drip residue from inner trough, confirming diagnostics of below unable to drain causing trough to fill up below causing water leak. Removed below fully inspection, removed debris from drain holes & reinstalled. Also checked front drain access through front panel, no visible leaks from there, found debris inside pump drain, vacuumed out. Put into diagnostics mode ran full cycle (no fault codes found), unit did a full cycle, found no evidence of water leak. If issue happens again, it would need a new pump but as of now pump is functioning as designed. Job completed."

Replaced faulty compressor and vacuumed out the system. I checked for leaks none found. I changed unit to 48 grams of r600a and all tested ok. Job completed. It will take 24 hours to get back to normal temps.

"The customer reports the unit was noisy, making a thumping noise. Ran a timed cycle, allowed the unit to work, no odd noises heard. Started a couple of extra cycles, the unit is emitting normal operating sounds, it is working as designed. The customer says he disagrees with the diagnosis. Called Trade Partners, they transferred me to the technical department so they can document the issues and findings.SR. 7734845079"
