Per TECHLINE average temp test is not accurate. There is an algorithm that determines the heating of the unit. Unable to off set the temps. Per TECHLINE. Advise to not open the door while baking unless necessary. Pre-heat takes longer than expected. Can not duplicate the issue."

"JB Out 1/13/23. Customer states washing machine leaks, water onto laundry room floor. Upon arrival tested washer and extracted only one stored error code F8E1. Long Phil fault is displayed when the water level does not change for period time. tested both hot and cold water. Verified proper flow into washing machine. Cancel cycle and observed drain. Verified washing machine drain hose has been inserted too far down the standing drain pipe and its causing a restriction which allows water to back up onto the laundry room floor. adjusted position of drain hose in drain. pipe and tested operation again verified correct drain operation now. advise customer against use of HE turbo detergent as it is to highly concentrated for this low filled high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend HE only detergent powder or liquid with a maximum of one measure teaspoon. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No repair made other than adjusting depth of drain hose into standing drain pipe. Job complete."

Accessed the machine compartment, the condenser fan was on, but the compressor was off. Checked voltage to the compressor, it checked fine. Disconnected and reconnected the compressor harness, the compressor came on right away, checked the temperature in the freezer, the temperature started coming down. "JB out 1/13/23. Upon arriving verified Date of Purchase is Feb.17 2022 (see quick pic).Customer stated unit (in 1 Hour Cycle) starts, fills with water then shuts off about three minutes or so into the cycle. Found customer has added temper booster heater but only heats to about 40c, far less than the required mini water temperature of 120f. Allowed unit to run (1 hour cycle selected) and observed unit continues to run. Allowed unit to run for 15 minutes uninterrupted. Unable to very unit shutting off prior to completion of cycle or within 3 or 4 minutes as per customer. Advised customer to correct water supply temperature issue. Dishwasher need no less than 120 f at moment of start in order to clean dishes.No charge to customer. Unable to verify any mechanical defect or problem today."
