"The customer reports the unit is not heating up to temperature, she reports a different servicer had worded and calibrated the unit about one week ago. Ran diagnostics, both bake and broiler burners are working properly. Ran a bake cycle at 350F, allowed the unit to cycle on and off a few times, the unit was overheating by 25F. Checked the temperature calibration, it was set at +20, re calibrated to 0F. Ran another baking cycle at 350F, the unit is heating properly now. Advised the customer to allow the oven to pre heat, and allow it to continue to heat for another 10 minutes once it reaches temperature, to allow for the temperature to settle properly before putting the food in."
