Every time she runs the dishwasher because it runs the water through that garbage disposal that has backed up fermentation in that drain line advise customer to use a cleanser for dishwashers on a regular basis, and to either get an air gap or have a plumber move the system, unit is working as designed and drained just fine right now."

"CX says the unit is not cooling and is constantly cutting off. Removed evap cover, and the machine area. Found the unit has a frost pattern, the compressor and sensors are all in range. Unit passed all test in test mode. Only issue the cintrol was set close to its warmest setting. Set the temps to correct level after checking unit. The compressor is running , no shut off. All temps and pressures are normal. Unit is operating properly. Temps set properly."
