Unit not starting and door not staying shut. I tested unit and found broken door lock causing door not to latch. Customer stated the motor would not turn before the door lock failed. I found motor relay just clicking on main control and not sending voltage to motor. Unit needs main control and door lock. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 W11316250 (latch) and 1 W11316623 (console) and 1 W11322901 (cntrl-elec)

Unit is dead and has no operation. I found voltage to board but board doesn’t have power light. Lid was locked when unit failed. Could be caused by shorted lid lock. Ordering both lid lock and main control for short. ; ordrng 1 W10810403 (lid lock assy) and 1 W11162440 (cntrl-elec)
