Verified refrigerator compartment upper right hand door switch broken. Install truck start part door switch part number W11396033 at no charge to customer. Tested operation with customer. Unit now operates as designed. Job complete; used 1 W11396033 ( SWITCH)

Found the door not sealing well hitting on the left hand side. I adjusted the door and that care of that. I replaced the adjusters for the upper rack falling. All tested ok and no leaks found after repair.

Customer complaint unit Is making a rattling metal to metal sound. Unit was satisfied when I arrived so we turned it up to for snowflakes And the compressor came on. No abnormal noises. So we unplugged it and re-plugged it back. in. It went into defrost so I waited for it to come out of the defrost and still no noises present. Unable to verify complaint.

Customer concerned about a smell of gas. Turned gas on and ran through cycles. Also checked with bubbles for any leaks. Could not get smell of gas to duplicate or find any leaks. Fastened down all gas line connections. All functions are checking out normal. Customer is determined to get a new unit. Called into WPL to document. Spoke with Bruce. Per WPL nothing else we could do at this point.

Found unit with icemaker switch turned off. Bin had made contact with switch and knocked it into off position. Turned ice maker on and ran manual reset via reset switch. Unit cycled and filled with water as intended.

Installed new ui. Unit now functioning as designed. Job complete.

Found unit would not heat. Traced short back to control. Will need new control. Part is discontinued. Will not be able to make this repair. Collecting 125 for service fee.

JB OUT 1/14/22 customer states when oven door is opened fully then close it makes a very loud noise. Unit was just installed first week of January 2022. Upon arrival verified loud noise when oven door is open fully. Removed oven door. Removed and properly reinstalled tow panel decorative cover. Reinstalled oven door and re-tested operation with customer. Unit now operates as design and the noise has gone away. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

"Customer states items are freezing in the RC and ice cream is not hard in the FC. The unit is in the garage where ambient temperatures are about 45f. The RC is set at its coldest position. The FC temp is 13f and the RC is 30f. This unit does not have a thermostat for the FC , it is so cold in the garage the RC barely has to cool causing the FC to be able to warm up. Called WPTS(7732732161) and explained what was happening. Explained to customer why this fridge is behaving like this. Unit is operating as designed.WHIRLPOOL states 60-90f Is the ideal ambient temperature for this unit. That is out of the normal range for this area."

"Customer states the unit is staining the clothes with fabric softener. Checked for faults and ran a service cycle. Found the unit has no stored faults and the unit performs as designed. Found the fabric softener dispenser is completely clogged with wax build-up. Customer called her daughter (for translation) and wanted me to show her mom what the problem was and how to clean the dispenser. Cleaned dispenser and showed the mother what I did. The mother then told the daughter that this happened the first time they used the unit and wanted me to explain why that would happen . I explained that I checked for faults and found none and ran a service test and the unit passed. The daughter wanted me to give her an answer as to why the unit would have done this from the first time. I explained that I did not have an answer as to why it did that I could only comment on how the unit was operating now and what I have found. I stated I could have answered that question 8 months ago when they stated this first started happening. She then started telling me to show her mom what cycle they should use for dirty clothes. I asked if they had the use and care manual and that I was mainly here to see why the unit was not working for them and if there was a problem with the function with the unit. I explained I did not have the time to explain usage to customers and speculate why something happened 8 months ago. She was upset that I just didnt start showing her mom how to use the unit they have had for almost a year, claimed I had decided to not be helpful and she would relay that to Costco. Called WPTS(7732737614) to document the call. They had no further troubleshooting recomendations"

" Customer states washer does not fill with enough water. Upon arrival around diagnostics and extracted store near code F0 E2 Oversuds. Fault is displayed when sad forgot the basket from spinning up to speed. Also extracted store in error code F0E5 unbalanced load. Checked detergent used and verified correct concentration HE detergent. Recommend customer use HE only and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon. Clear stored fault codes. Checked washer in normal regular cycle verify very small amount of water but commensurate with cycle. Advise customer this is a normal water level for the normal regular cycle tested washer with customer selecting heavy duty cycle and refill option. Verified higher water level based on deep fill option selection. No defect found. No parts used. No charge to customer. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Ran dryer on timed dry, ran for about 15 minutes, dryer burner cycled as normal and the burner is producing flame. Dryer has a normal amount of heat in the drum. Instructed customer that is using any other cycles than timed dry the sensor decides on when the clothes is wet or dry by measuring the humidity within the drum and if there isnt clothes constantly rubbing against the sensor bars it will trick the dryer to thinking that the load is dry and commences cool down period then shuts off cycle. Advised to use timed dry for consistent drying. Dryer is functioning as designed"
