From all the information I was able to gather I believe there was a hiccup possibly in that particularly wash cycle because everything checked ok while testing. "Found that the E5 icemaker error codes was present. Recycled power and cleared the fault code, indicating E0 now no fault code present. Verified again that the inlet water line heater is functioning and verified that the ice level sensors are functioning. Informed customer of the error code and it being now cleared, advised customer to allow at least 2 days to see if ice is producing, customer will advise if problem is still present. E5 = Bad ice maker thermistor. Ice storage temperature satis ed but ice mold in frozen state too long. Possible an ice mold thermistor issue."
