JB Out 12/15/22. Install replacement high limit thermostat part number WE04X30397. Reassembled and tested operation. Unit now runs and heats as designed. Instructed customer dryer was installed using thin foil type ducting between dryer and wall connection.. this poses a potential risk for fire and loss of life. Advised customer this must be replaced with either rigid metal ducting or heavy aluminum ducting only. Also advise customer against running heat cycle until homebuilder has had an opportunity to come out and inspect ducting for potential restrictions. This high limit thermostat only opens if heat cannot escape safely to the exterior of the house.. If ducting is not inspected and restriction not removed the high limit thermostat will open again and will not be covered by the manufactures warranty. No charge for todays repair. Job complete. Note all other parts returned as not needed

JB out 12/14/22. Upon arrival found dishwasher unplugged. Plugged unit and verified F 84 error code placed unit into diagnostic mode and cleared code. Remove tow panel access plate verified water and drip tray. Further inspection found installer had missed threaded water supply line onto water inlet valve allowing a very slow drip. Remove drip tray and dried. Remove water supply line from water inlet valve. Properly reinstalled water supply line onto inlet valve no cross threading. See quick pic photographs. Highly recommend customer install an air gap device. Tested operation verified absolutely no water leak. Resemble you didnt tested operation again. Unit know operates as designed. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete
