Unit not heating right. Found clothes are damp and hot. Only works on wrinkle control per cx. Found venting to second floor. Unit is second floor. No access to vent. But I can see that the vent has no airflow. Cx has been here for 6 months. Issue is with vent. Referred client to builder to fix venting. Cx will need to get vent opened and cleared and they need to verify the dryer is venting out side. Unit is operating as designed

Informed customer that unit should be installed on flat level surface to avoid shaking and unbalanced loads. U it is working as intended at this point."
