Pre heated to 350 and was cycling on and off normally. explained to customer flame will not stay on all the time the oven will cycle the flame on and off in order to maintain temperature. Adjusted the gas valve wires they were w died between two metal panels. Found the bake electrode mounting clips out of position, reinstalled mounting clips and verified bake electrode wire is secure. "The customer reports there were 3 power surges in the neighborhood on the same day within a 10 minute period. The unit would not power on afterwards. Entered diagnostics, the unit powered on right away, all units ops checked fine during diagnostics. The unit is powering on properly now. The warranty provider is New Leaf, when the customer reported the problem was caused by the electrical power surges, they were reluctant to schedule service, given they checked the service history of the unit. They instructed the customer to call their home insurance company, which in turn told the customer to call New Leaf again."
