Tested condenser fan motor found running, but found loose wired harness connection at main molex connector. Allowed unit to run for another 40 minutes verified unit is beginning to cool down. "JB out /22/24.Customer states washing machine does not complete cycle sometimes and will display F8E1 indicating long water fill detected. Upon arrival, Ran diagnostics cleared store error codes. Manually tested cold water and hot water. Fill rates. Found hot water entry washing much slower than cold water. Removed hot water hose cleared screens, reassembled inspected water, valves connections in control panel and found loose Molex plug connector to hot water valve. Corrected loose connection. Reassembled control panel and tested operation again. Verified water fill in both hot and cold water. Temperature selections are now filling to the correct level at the correct rate leaving preventing the F8E1 error code from reoccurring. Recommend customer use only HE detergents any brand powder or liquid with a maximum of one measured teaspoon. Recommend against HE turbo detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this low fill high efficiency washing machine. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"JB out 10/22/24.Customer states while refrigerators running a loud grinding noises heard. Upon arrival verified freeze evaporator fan making a loud grinding noise. Removed all foods from freezer removed back wall found cumulation of ice built and being hit by the fan blade. Remove the ice obstruction. Icemaker was leaking water downward due to not being leveled properly. Unit was actually leading forward. Reassembled freezer compartment reinstalled shelving. Properly leveled cabinet to give us slight inclination backwards, so the doors closed and sealed better. And this will ensure that the will be no more water leak downward. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Fixed- found refrigerator door switch to be broken- removed bad one and then installed new one (switch) both lights are working in both compartments- cx ok repair

JB out 10/22/24Customer states unit will intermittently emit loud grinding sounds. Customer played sound from sound recording on cell phone. Upon arrival found unit is not making any noise. Waited several minutes verified unit making noises. Properly adjusted cabinet level by lowering foot breaks left and front right against the ground. Vibration sound has gone away. no parts needed or used mechanical repair made so no charge to customer. Warranty expires on July seven 2025. Job complete.Recommend customer unplugs refrigerator removes unit cover to gain access to and vacuum condenser coils every 3 to 4 months for the life of the product.

Found after replacing the drain pump the pump is no longer making a weird noise but the was a secondary noise while in spin. The noise was coming from the wire harness not secured to the tub assembly. After securing the harness the noise is no longer present. Job completed.

Freezing items up top. Found gasket not sealing right causing erratic cooling. Need to use heat gun to mold to properly seal. Used heat gun and sealed properly. Now working as designed. Cx to wait 24 hours for proper temps.

Use of a heavy aluminum or rigid metal ducting is approved. advised customer to return to Home Depot to request installer return and remove the thin foil, ducting material, and install a proper heavy metal ducting as outlined in the supplied installations"

"As per my initial general inspection of unit, and as per lady owner statement, the OVER-TEMPERATURE alert went away as they have been making sure that FF section doors are always shut closed correctly. And the only physical issue found was that the LH FF section stainless steel panel was coming off. So I have rechecked every single screw on both doors and have properly retightened the the panel on the LH side."
