Checked out the unit and found only getting 120 volts. Needs electrician

"Cycled unit and found bad connection a shifter, causing unit to fall off balance. Tobin suspension feels normal. Secured shifter connection, and re-tested unit. Ill test pass. Job completed."

"The customer reports the unit stopped making ice. Checked the ice container, it was almost full. Pointed it out to the customer, they were surprised. They report the replaced the water filter recently. Possible frozen fill tube. While at the home, the icemaker went through harvest automatically, it went through the cycle and filled as designed."

Sister was there. Didnt know about service charge. She called her sister. She said it is in warranty. I explained only the motor and basket( side walls only ) have a limited part warranty. She declined to pay the trip charge.

Timer shaft broken. Replaced timer and collected. Unit working per design. Job complete

Control panel was frozen and not letting customer select bake. I reset main control and updated software through app. Tested again. All tests good.

Customer stated that the unit is not washing or drying the dishes. Ran diagnostic cycle and found heater circuit off. Reset through diagnostics. Tested all works good at this time.

"Ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine. Placed a thermo couple at the dryer vent outlet, allowed the unit to cycle a few times, the unit would cycle at 170F - 115F, which is considered normal. Advised the customer to use the Timed dry setting on the unit for best results on smaller loads."

#1466. Door wasnt installed correctly. When unit was delivered. French doors need to be leveled. The freezer door was out of alignment and door is now sealing. Now the seal was tucked under and not sealing on the top. Worked out seal and unit is now working correctly. Job completed.

Noise was coming from the wire harness slapping against the rear wall of the cabinet. Used zip ties to secure the wire harness to the strut assembly.

Customer stated that the dryer vent is stuck in the housing. Removed housing and removed filter. Fixed and tested all works good at this time.

Replaced heater.dw now drying as intended.

Ran dishwasher three diagnostics testing out ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech.

Customer was complaining unit does not working on all settings and that the unit vents into his house a little. Unit buttons are not working. Some do. Removed filter grates. Checked connection. Found loose wires. Connected properly and now working as designedAll ops now working as designed. Cx needs to contact installers of venting to fix it from venting into his house Tech is only responsible for unit operation not the install. All ops normal. Job complete.

Washer not filling cold water. Installed new valve. Operation tested as designed. No leaks.

Installed parts tested check out ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech.

Inspected unit and found frozen ball of ice in ice bin. Cleared and verified proper operation. Unit is making ice and discharging per design. Job complete

"JB out 1/19/23. Customer states dryer takes four or five times repeated cycles to get clothing dry. Upon arrival, inspected installation of dryer and found installer has used thin foil, ducting material. Refer customer to page 17 of supplied installation guide, stating use of white plastic or thin foil, ducting material poses a potential fire, hazard and risk for loss of life. It is the homeowners responsibility to correct this installation deficiency for safety sake . Installation corrections are not covered by the manufactures warranty. Tested dryer verified dryer produces proper high heat levels. Inspected exhaust ducting outside of house. Found exhaust vent hood approximately 1/2 inch off of ground providing a 95 to 98% restricted exhaust path. Instructed customer to remove existing vent hood witch points to the ground and replace with a louvered type vent hood, witch exhaust straight out, and will not be restricted if the doctors near the ground. Refer customer to supplied owners use and care guide page 17, 18 and for examples of correct exhaust vent hood. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found a service call visit. Customer will replace existing restricted exhaust vent hood and clean ducting inside wall for restrictions. No charge the customer. Job complete."

Unit was badly off level causing tub to bang into sides of cabinet. Leveled unit and tested unit is spinning without going off balance. All functions are working properly. Job complete

After replacing all parts ordered the diagnostic cycle tested properly and recirculating pump in now functional. No error codes stored. Job completed.

Upon arrival found unit with error code F7E6 about the motor faulty. Erase the unit. Retest the unit on diagnostic test mode and unit is agitated with the whole drum. Unit has a bad gear case and splutch. This unit will need this parts. Customer dont want to continue with the repair at this time. Job complete

Unit was getting off balance. Reinstalled suspension rods back to correct placement and re-calibrated main control. All functions now working as designed.

Pull oven out and replaced upper Thermostat. Oven ok. . used 1 W11034459 (T-Stat) from stock

"Found an fa e2 error, per techline that error appears on all these models there is no issue. Tested in diagnostics verified the heater is working properly. Relayed techline instructions to run the hot water from faucet to allow water that enters to be as hot as possible. Instructed customer on the importance of using rinse aid. Instructed customer on how to use the different cycles and option on the control panel."

Replaced plugged drain extension ( P-trap ). Instructed customer to defrost unit for 24 hours with FC door open and unit turned off. Complete.

Found unit not working due to draining issues. Found unit with a kinked drain hose. Removed unit. Unlinked drain hose. And tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Cycled unit and found bad lid lock Causing you to feel at times. Installed new latch and re-tested unit all test pass. The job completed.

Installed reservoir. Valve and zip ties to secure reservoir. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Found fill tube frozen up not allowing pump to bring in any water. Defrosted fill tube. All functions now working as designed.

Removed a lint restriction from the blower housing. Tested after repair all ok.

Found adjuster on top rack broken replaced retested check out ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech.

Found cut off bad replaced tested working properly

Installed all the parts. Ran spin cycle to reset the control board. Initiated normal wash cycle. Operation tested as designed. No leaks detected at time of service.

Removed and replaced control board and lid. Lock assembly. Tested operation. All OK.

"Found that the defrost bimetel failed, showed 0 ohms, defrosted the evaporator and replaced the harness with the defrost bimetal. Unit is functioning as designed.

Customer stated that the refer is building up frost in the refer customer is going to defrost the unit. Set defrost cycle to every 8 hours and changed refer temps to recommended. Tested all works good at this time.

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F0E2 and F5E2. Erase the codes, check the unit for the dispenser issue and found the unit has bad detergent pump. Unit will need new pump. Replace the detergent pump on the unit. Retest the unit passes all test at this time. Job complete"

Installed new valve and unit passed fill test. Unit may need a fill tube heater if unit stops making ice. Job complete

Installed new power supply and main control boards to correct reported power outage failure codes per cx request. If problem persists it is likely an issue with power supply at outlet.

Found loose handle on fc. Use thread sealer on screws tightened screws unit now checks ok

Found the unit had no error codes stored and the diagnostic cycle functioned properly so I started the largest water usage cycle and it filled up appropriately. Unable to determine what is the issue. The customers cold water valve on the wall of the garage is leaking. Both valves were in the off position when I arrived and they were turned off before leaving. All functions tested properly and job completed.

Found the wire connector for the start switch disconnected. Connected start switch wire connector and tested all ok. Verified drum turns and the dryer heats up. Repair complete.

Replaced the hinges and reset doors. Customer approved.

"JB out 1/18/23. Customer states when dispensing ice cubes, cubes come together and get stuck in ice shoot and do not deliver into the cup below. Upon arrival verified full bin of ice cubes. Tested ice cube dispenser several times with customer and I am unable to verify or duplicate the complete at this time. Tested crushed ice, cubed, ice and water dispenser. All operating properly at this time. Recommend customer remove a storage bin and dump out ice every three days to prevent ice clumping which will lead to ice. Getting stuck in the ice delivery. Shoot. No parts used. No charge the customer. Job complete."

"Upon arrival found unit with a mat causing the error code on the unit F26, about out of balance. The way customers is using the machine is causing the failure. Inform this to the customer and referred to the owners manual for a better use of the unit. Retest the unit and erase the codes, and unit passes all the tests at this time. Job complete"

Found igniter bad replaced tested working to spec

Replaced vent fan due to a fault code . Found customers wall outlet faulty. I used the garbage disposal outlet and the dishwasher ran

Removed and replaced tub. Tested unit. All ops checked good

After replacing all the parts ordered the unit is now able to spin properly. I removed the error code stored f5e2. And all tested ok. Job completed.

Further inspection of blower wheel housing indicates plastic foreign material (plastic beads, other plastic bits). Ran dryer in Normal cycle. Inspected exhaust duct vent hood. Verified aLess than 50 % exit airflow than normal. Recommend customer remove all melted plastic from rear air grille, have ducting (inside wall) cleaned by a professionally duct cleaning service and carefully inspect all laundry placed inside clothes dryer to prevent foreign objects (plastic and otherwise) from entering the dryer. Also recommend customer replace existing thin foil type ducting behind dryer with rigid metal as outlined in the supplied use and care/installation instructions. No repairs made. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"
