"F8e1. Cleared error code. The units drain hose was directly onto the floor causing for water to siphon out. Started a cycle holding the drain hose at at lest 40 inches from the floor, the cycle went on properly, lowered the hose back onto the floor to show the customer how the water would siphon out right away. Instructed the customer to secure the drain hose at at least 40 inches from the floor in order for it to work properly."
