The lowest setting is supposed to be 105 plus or minus 5 degrees and unit was going above the threshold by 15 degrees or so. Needs a outlet thermistor per tech sheet. Customer has a extended warranty so the call needs to be set up for service not concession. This call is only covering trip and diagnostic. Customer will call and have this as documentation. Found the leak coming from the hot water valve customer doesnt have hot water hooked up so when the unit is filling with cold it comes out of the hot port. Customer is now aware and will have that addressed. Second the unit had a f7e1 and f7e5 but the shifter and speed sensor are passing the test. I recalibrated and ran several diagnostic cycles and nothing is turning off the breaker. Unable to verify but was able to calibrate. Job completed.
