"Customer is experiencing problems caused by poor water pressure and or flow. The last visit I was out there, the water to the whole home had to be shut off because the valve behind the unit would not close. When water pressure was restored I showed the customer how low the flow is. (See picture)They have had IM issues, low water flow from the water dispenser and now a valve that did not seat creating a ice fall in the FC. I have explained each time that these issues are because of supply pressure issues . The customer seems to feel there is something wrong with the product and I cannot figure out what. Called WPTS(7736019804) to document. A supervisor will be need to be sent if recalled."

Found the ice container 3/4 full on arrival. Issue was ice getting caught in the chute and also the ice container. A gave recommendations to the customer per owners manual and functions tested properly. Also gave a recommendation on the spill mats that are inside the unit. They are too long and can restrict the air flow and cause items to freeze. Made customer aware. Job completed.
