. Customer states dryer takes a very long time typically more than 90 minutes to dry small loads of clothing. Upon arrival ran dryer and removed lint screen found lint buildup on backside of one screen. Further inspection found exhaust vent hood and exterior of house is crushed and is 100% restricted. Instantly straightened out the vent hood allowing flap door to open and exhaust heat and steam to properly exhaust of the exterior of the building. Tested operation driver again unit is now exhausting and operating as designed.Job complete

Customer states freezer fan vibrates making a loud noise. Upon arrival verified loud noise from evaporator fan motor. Removed evaporator cover. Adjusted evaporator fan motor mounting bracket and also adjusted fan blade on motor shaft. Reinstalled evaporator cover and tested operation with customer. Unit now operates as designed. "Originally customer wanted me to work on a microwave, but the unit is a Sharp branded unit. Informed customer we dont work on that brand. Customer had me service her range hood instead. Her concerns were the blower not being strong enough, and the rear heat lamps not working. Units blowers are working properly, showed customer how it would easily suction a paper towel towards the filters, and keep the paper towel from falling, assured the customer the blowers are working as designed. Customer was not using the proper switches to turn the rear lamps on, each (two) have an specific switch on both sides towards the front to turn them on and off. Customer was using a switch in the middle that only control the front lights. All units operations check fine at the time of service.
