"F8e1 long fill/no fill. Found hot water faucet off, pointed that to customer, she stated she closed it when trying to figure why the unit was not working. Upon further inspection, found drain hose had been sealed with an adapter to the drain pipe. Customer states it was sealed because water would over overflow. Instructed customer to remove adapter, drain hose needs to be vented (fed into drain tube by itself, no adapter to seal it on) water is most likely siphoning out during wash cycles. Explained that the drain pump is designed to drain the water out onto the drain pipe for it to drain away by itself, the way the plumbing is clogged, the drain pump is forcing itself pushing the water out. Unit is working fine."
