"Temperature in the fresh food compartment varies, it was at 32F on the bottom shelf, at 36F at the top shelf. Noticed the customer is blocking air ways by pushing items all the way against the rear wall. Pointed it out to the customer and instructed her not to push items against the rear wall or vents. To leave the gap between the shelves and the rear wall open for proper air circulation. Freezer temperature checked fine."

"The customer reports some white, plastic like residue coming from the ice. On arrival the ice bin was full, placed a few cubes in a clear cup, and melted them in the microwave. Checked the icemaker mold to make sure it was in good shape, it checked fine. Checked on the melted ice, there was some white, snowlike sediment on it, when trying to touch it, it would dissolve like powder. The customer added some vinegar to see if it would melt, or disappear, which it did. The white residue is some type of mineral in the water, coming from the water source, called the technical department, and documented issue and findings.SR 7735366131"
