Customer concerned with water on floor under FC. I found that the condenser was plugged and no airflow. I removed back and freed and verified condenser fan operation. I found condensation on top of FC door gasket. I flushed water through drain pan to verify no leaks. I took temp readings in both compartments. All temps are good. I verified in diagnostic that the humidity sensor is working. Customer also stated that a alarm keeps going off. I explained that the alarm is telling her that the humidity is too high. I explained the importance to keep unit pulled away from wall a little and clean condenser.

"JB out 3/27/23. Customer states Dishwasher will not complete cycle and the stops usually before 10 minutes into the cycle. Upon arrival installed GE Smart HQ verified no stored fault codes. Found door open alert indicating out of normal number of door openings has been detected in one or more previous cycles check for proper installation. If your tablet is not push, it gets brother trim and time frame inspected timeframe and found the tub seal not installed correctly. Refer customer to installer to remove dishwasher and properly install tub trim so that is not pushing against the door closed door to not latch properly. Advised customer installation corrections are not covered. Any manufactures warranty. No parts used. No charge the customer. Job complete."
