Customers glass door was broken on Range. Removed door then removed outer frame installed new outer glass and frame then refit to range everything checks out good.job completed

Removed and replaced water valve. Tested valves valves working fine. Customers water lines are leaking both the hot and cold even after I tighten them down there still dripping advise customer that the waterlines need to be replaced. Do not take them down anymore because it can crack the valve at the valve it’s cracked customers liable for replacement of the part. Job complete leak is coming from customers waterlines

Checked unit and found faulty Halim thermostat. Removed and replaced element thermostat. Also advise customer that they have a restricted dryer vent. Customer stated that they had dryer vent cleaned informed customer that still restricted and it’s causing unit to cycle to quickly and for thermostats to get too hot. Removed and replaced heating element. Tested unit and unit he’s fine. Customer has an instructed dryer vent that goes up to roof. This can cause heater element to burn out or thermostats to burn out quickly and long drive times. Advise customer that she needs to have a dryer vent cleaned out.
