"Unable to verify issue with the control or the oven temp. No error codes stored and I ran a oven temp average and the temps were lows 341, 340, 340 and highs were 354, 350, 350. Average temp was 346 so I increased it by 5 in the calibration feature. Customer asked if I could replace the racks become they were discolored but I informed him that I would need a authorization from whirlpool for that because its passed the 30 day cosmetic warranty period. All tested ok after making adjustments to calibration. Job completed."

Customer states the unit became very loud after I left there. They said the unit ran NON STOP all night. The said the unit started to smell like and electrical burning smell. They unplugged the unit because they feel it is unsafe and do not want this unit in their home. Currently the unit sounds normal and I can not detect an odor in the unit compartment or the FC. Called WPTS and explained what the customers issue are and that they do not feel safe with it in their home. WPTS (7736732821) documented this and said to have the customer call customer care. 1-866-698-2538 (google search)
