"Units door gasket is not making a seal at the left lower corner. Found the unit is being propped on some small pieces of brick on each corner, the units cabinet is not 100% squared , leading to the door not closing properly. The customer is also storing a lot of food in the unit, some items are overlapping the shelves, and door baskets. Applied heat to the gasket to reshape it, raised the left front a little, the door gasket is now sealing properly. Advised the customer to level the unit better by placing it directly onto the floor. The customer reports her garage floods when it rains so she is unable to do so. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx states unit has hard time igniting, been happens every now and then causing long cook times and gas smell. Found bake ignitor arc jumping to pans Cx has in lower drawer. Removed pans and tested, unit igniting fine. No error codes in diagnostic and temp is in range. Cx did not like the info and claims the unit is at fault. Could not duplicate after removing pans but did duplicate with pans. Unit functions as designed."
